Call for Submissions: EPA Annual Meeting
Dear colleagues,
Get ready for the annual EPA meeting! This year we're heading to the Downtown Marriott in Philadelphia from February 25-27, 2027!
We invite you to submit your proposals for papers, posters, and symposia. This is your chance to share your cutting-edge research in psychological science and connect with your peers.
Important Dates and Deadlines
Mark your calendars with these key dates:
- Submissions Open: September 7
- Submissions Close: December 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST (This deadline is firm!)
- Hotel Booking Deadline: February 2, 2027, at 5:00 PM
- Decisions Emailed: Approximately December 30, 2026
- Program Published Online: Mid-January 2027
How to Submit Your Proposal
Before you begin, please review the EPA submission guidelines.
To submit, log in to the submissions portal using the information found on the Members Only page.
Please note: Only current EPA members with a membership expiration date of May 31, 2027 or later are eligible to submit proposals.
- Undergraduate students (Associates): You must have a faculty sponsor who is a current EPA Member with dues paid for the current year. Read the Undergraduate Submission Guidelines for more details.
- Submission Limits:
- Members: One paper, one poster, and one symposium as the first author.
- Graduate Students: One paper and one poster as the first author.
- Undergraduates (Associates): One poster as the first author.
- There is no limit to the number of presentations you can co-author.
Hotel & Travel
A block of rooms is available at the Downtown Marriott at a special rate of $279 (single/double + tax). Be sure to book your room before February 2, 2027 at 5:00 PM, as the special rate is only available until our contracted rooms are filled. (N.B. If contracted rooms are filled before February 2, the special rate is no longer guaranteed. Book early if you can, especially if you need a double room, as these are not guaranteed.)
Membership and Dues
Your current membership must be valid through May 31, 2027 to submit a proposal. You can renew your membership online at easternpsychological.org.

- Decision Notifications: We will post the exact date for decision emails on the EPA website. If you haven't heard from us by that date, please reach out.
